HAD ENOUGH OF TALKING AND THINKING ABOUT IT?

THEN............

MAKE YOUR DECISION

Smoking Cessation - Goals of Therapy

The good news is that one session of hypnotherapy could stop you smoking without withdrawal symptoms.

It does not matter how many cigarettes a day you have smoked or how long you have been a smoker for. You can become a non-smoker.

Stop smoking in one session

This is a one-session treatment, so if you have decided to stop, you can leave the clinic as a non-smoker. The session lasts for approximately one and a quarter hours. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.

Withdrawal Symptoms

Hypnotherapy can dramatically reduce withdrawal systems and this is handled within the session, these include irritability, bad moods, agitation and cravings.

Weight Gain

Weight gain is a common fear when people stop smoking; this is handled within the session to help you from substituting one problem for another.

Being around other smokers

This is approached so that you do not become a boring non-smoker, who righteously lectures your remaining smoking friends - so that being around smokers doesn't bother you and you don't bother smokers.

Socialising and Drinking

There are times, places and people that are often triggers to have a cigarette. These are associations such as the phone ringing, after meals, coffee breaks, drinking and meeting friends. The link between these routines and smoking can be reduced and broken.

Willpower

The treatment does not rely on you having willpower, only your decision and your commitment to be a non-smoker.

Telephone back up

I provide telephone support in the days following your session, so you can call me if you think you are going to smoke or are having difficulty during the first few days. I would rather you call me than smoke.

Please Note

Hypnotherapy has a high success rate for helping people to stop smoking, however let's be very clear that you are still responsible for your actions and fully in control. So I cannot give you a 100% guarantee of success. If you really want to stop smoking, then one session of hypnotherapy could be all you need.
