Losing weight and maintaining your weight loss can be tough; to be successful you need to tolerate frustration and discomfort. You need motivation, mental stamina, discipline and dedication. You need mental toughness. This course teaches you all the tools and techniques you need to be mentally tough, stay committed to your diet and be more in control of your thoughts, emotions and behaviour. We will show you how to persist and persevere, so that you can win the mind game and reach your weight goals. There is no new age mumbo jumbo here. We use empirically tested Cognitive Behavioural and Rational Emotive methods together with proven concepts from psychology and biopsychology. We are qualified and experienced psychotherapists and hypnotherapists with private practices in Harley Street.
Your Trainers
Nicola Martin
Nicola has over twenty years of experience in clinical practice and presenting courses, She is the Principal of the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (ICH). Her philosophy is that training should be interesting, easy to digest and above all an enjoyable experience. She is keen that participants can put into practise what they learn on a long-term basis. She is against participants becoming hyped up for two or three days and then returning to their old habits. Nicola has a reputation for being a charismatic and entertaining trainer. Nicola has private practices in Wimpole Street, W1 and South London.
Phil Pearl
Phil specialises in mental toughness and resilience. He provides training for groups and individuals. He has held senior positions within retail, sales and media organisations. Phil is passionate about helping people challenge and change their thinking and behaviour, so they can achieve their objectives. He has previously provided training for corporate, government and public organisations. Phil is a qualified master clinical hypnotherapist, and has a private practice in Harley Street, London.
